Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for size, color, or product replacements, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and specify the replacement item. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund. Ensure to include photos of the item and packaging for a quicker resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include worn or washed products, items without original tags and packaging, and personalized or custom-made orders.
